probs because 8th grade is like the worst stage in development lookswise

you have the acne, oil production, and some of the bodyhair of puberty, but don't have the bonemass or muscle. not to mention most 8th graders have shit hygiene and barely even know how to shave (don't even know the word skincare). by 8th grade most kids can choose their haircuts but haven't existed long enough to find ones better than the shitty ones forced on them by their parents like crew cuts and other subhuman shit

all in all your average 8th grader is boneless, smelly, with patchy peach fuzz facial hair, a bad haircut, acne ridden, especially around the mouth if they shave because they don't know how to and use shitty cheap razors their parents got
