My guess is some people's poor tilt and hooding is more due to the orbital bone rather than muscles and fat distribution

Canthoplasty is just an eye lift that pulls on skin and muscles to create a new eye shape, but if your bones are too weak to support it, it won't look that good

Still it's always an improvement if it succeeds
