One reason is the safety there. If you from from a place like London where you always gotta watch your back as soon as you leave the house, you appreciate the safety in Dubai, where you can walk around freely as a rich person without fearing getting robbed by anyone, cause there the police does it’s job properly & everyone else is rich too, so you get to hang out with other rich people instead of broke losers
