Romanian chicks care more about money/resources and protection than looks. So you can be a moneymaxxer or an ogremaxxer and do well in Romania. In very westernised countries where lots of us are from (USA, UK, lots of European countries etc) women are provided for by the government and feel secure in terms of resources and safety so mostly what they care about is looks (even if the guy has no money and is a pussy)
