There are thousands of omfs. There's like 30 that get discussed here, if that. I've seen great results on reddit that were just some local nobody, just as good as any Ramieri result.

What i'm saying is exactly this, that at least thoose that are discussed do not seem that great, for example dr zarrinbal, dr kater.
I also heard that in Germany in many cases it's not legal to show or advertise before and afters of surgeries. The most skilled surgeon might be in the middle of nowhere in an unknown NHS hospital.
