Why are allergies so common?

I definitely breath through my nose man. Plus I don't snore in my sleep as well

Yeah maybe it could be some other reason too. You can never be too sure you don't have sleep apnea apparently like 30% of the population has it and most don't even know about it.

I notice all the nerds and gamers in my life all seem to have some kind of food allergy. They also tend to be pale, have thin necks, and a high voice. Imagine a chad with food allergies, you can't. Look at these two pictures and tell me which one has the peanut allergy.

I think its mainly two things, one being unfit or unevolved for your environment. Peanuts and cashews are from south america so people from other parts of the world never developed with peanuts in their diets. The plants from north america are different than those from europe so americans are not evolved like the natives to react well to these plants. And the second is that white people for some reason have way higher rates of allergies than other populations, not sure why.

Actual scientific explanation: allergies are autoimmune reactions to certain things, testosterone is a natural immunosuppressant. Low testosterone/androgen receptors = high autoimmune response
