Why are asians, specifically filipinos who live in western countries significantly taller & more developed?

all my cousins who live abroad are tall ass hell and don't look as much filipino as their parents. I don't think it's genetics because my cousin is 5'10 at 14 and the other is 5'8 at 18 while their father is 5'4 and mother 5'2.
my other cousin from another set of parents is also like 5'9 at 13
