u dont need to be lean to be athletic. i cant even imagine how insane their cardio would be if they lost weight, their immune system literally got used to lugging around that big ass body. if they lost weight it would keep that but run 10x better. also theyre not really that fat probably. theyre high body fat but theres certain muscle there
