This is a difficult question to answer and I doubt there's enough relevant research to actually make a solid guess but I'm sure a bunch of users will share their half baked theories.

Slightly off topic but I've come to the conclusion that the extremely low inhibition is far and away the number one reason other races tend to see black people as uncivilized tbh. People understanding social norms and having the inhibition to adhere to them is pretty much what being civilized is. Like I don't know if it's a complete lack of self awareness or just insane DGAF attitude but I see more black people doing things that are considered completely inappropriate and obnoxious by the rest of society than any other race.

It has its benefits too though, I think the low inhibition is also the same reason black people tend to be cooler and less neurotic than most other races. Compare this to Asians who are probably the highest inhib group - they tend to have very well controlled and incredibly civilized societies but also tend to lack individualism and are less likely to be cool

You say you are "black from the UK", but what is your specific culture? Are you Caribbean or African? From what island/country/tribe?
