How far you believe in determinism effects the extent to which it can be viewed as morally okay to hate someone

If you believe in full determinism (ie none of peoples behaviour is their fault and its all determined by their environment snd genetics) then its not fair to hate someone for something out of their control

I take a 75% determinist 25% free will view

Black culture is just a subset of American culture. Since they were enslaved ripped away from their original cultures and lived in America for hundreds of years. Africans have no culturally similarities to African Americans because of this.
