Why are black pretty boys so uncommon?

Why are they not common?

Usually they are very lightskin or biracial you rarely see blacks who actually look black being pretty boys why is that?

meh to decent facial hair, bigs lips, flat normal nose, dark tense eyelashes they aren't super masculine

This guy is a "rare" north african pb, he mostly look amerindian and still doesnt look close to europeans/mulatto ones because of his bone structure (his eyes are quite feminine, but his skull is quite tall/robust masculine)

I don't know but north african often have ogre skull or feature, this dude is quite above average yet he look a bit uncanny because of the pheno
