If you look at a Celtic person (Irish) and a Nord (Swede) they look quite different. In fact I'd say Slavs look closer to Nords than Nords do to Celts.

I live in the UK and meet many Norwegians and Irish, there are no differences, maybe one may have blockier face? Still they look identical to most people thefore they are basically the same people and thus in the same racial subgroup

Its a cultural/linguistic distinction

For example
In human genetics celt or germanic doesnt mean shit, an irish guy is much closer to a norwegian or a swede than a norwegian is closer to a german swiss or an austrian

There is 1 main genetic cluster in Europe which is north vs south, high farmer ancestry and low yamnaya ancestry vs low farmer ancestry and high yamnaya ancestry

There is a second genetic cluster for Europe but less important which is west vs east but its less important because an irish is closer to a russian than to a Spanish, same a Polish is closer to a Dutch than to a Bulgarian

Well non-Southern Europeans don't look so different from one another, especially when they are 100% European. The more distinct looking Russians might for example be mixed. Certain phenotypes are just more common in certain places.

In general the more east you go the stronger the maxillas and the weaker the mandibles. That makes Western Europeans look more masculine on average. You will definitely struggle to find someone who looks like the first girl in Russia.
