why are coloured contacts so hated on?

contacts give a crazy halo but everyone I've seen hates on them so im confused

yes ik its frauding but any other reason? for me I feel like wearing it to a club where ppl dk u so they cant tell if ur really frauding seems beneficial

I wouldn't so much say they are hated, I think they have a bad reputation from people using contacts that don't match their phenotype making them look uncanny and generally worse looking. Opinions are subjective tho.
