Why are Discord and Telegram full of psychopaths?

When I was on Discord I was harrassed a lot by subhumans who were deranged and fucked in the head, basically nearly everyone I met was mentally ill, and some of them were vicious to me and wanted to get a reaction out of me all the time. I deleted Discord because it wasn't enjoyable for me anymore and everyone on it was younger than me. I was able to finally have a telegram account that wasn't able to be banned and I still have it (Telegram is so retarded they ban you out of the blue and for no reason at all).

Now on Telegram I never met anyone who was clearly a psychopath, everyone on the app was decent enough and nobody held a serious grudge, unlike Discord, that is until I had the misfortune of meeting someone called RV. Basically RV is a fat, bald, 30 year old Albanian living in the United States and pretending to be Cuban Maltese online, a wicked individual who lies all the time about himself and others, and who enjoys seeing others cry for his own amusement. After finding RV to be a bad person and annoying, I blocked him and avoided him like the plague, so him being the narcissist that he is, didn't like that at all and did everything in his power to harrass me and make me annoyed. Now I'm not an Indian, but I see a lot of racism against them on telegram all the time, RV knew my ethnicity, he knew that I am not Indian and that I am very bothered by being called Indian, so he barged into the group I'm most active in and started lying about me. He came into the group and started replying to every message I typed, repeatedly lying about me and telling others that I am a filthy pajeet, he wouldn't leave me alone, he told me to end my life among many things, etc. and the mods being useless as they are, decided not to ban the psychopath liar and trouble maker, so I left the group for good.

I just don't get it honestly, why do people like this exist? And why do they always win?

its the internet like half the engagement excluding bots is mentally deranged people that have no outside life and this is the only way they can feel that they have revenged from the people that have ruined them

Holy shit, this jobless psychopath just joined another chat I was in just to harrass me and make up lies about me, he came up with a fake name on the spot for me even though he knows nothing about me and grabbed a random fat Indian from the internet and started posting him and saying that's me, he also mentioned me 20 times even though I have him blocked. Why can't I just rot in peace and be left alone? Why do I always have to be harrassed by these mentally ill fucks?
