I went to the doctors to get my kidney checked cause I had high blood pressure, caused specifically cystatin c. The doctor has the balls to claim its from protein powder (as if that bullshit myth hasn't been debunked ages ago) and not see that its because of dehydration and because I WAS FUCKING OBESE. Now this fucking doctor got me banned from having creatine and protein powder which is frustrating as fuck cause I barely eat and it was one of the ways I would get my daily protein so that my muscles could grow after going to the gym, using it as a coping mechanism when faced with the fact I'm sub-5 and will never find love

Im not saying I do but I highly doubt that maybe a scoop or two of protein powder daily is the reason my kidneys were fucked
