why are east Asians lactose intolerant

Literally never began for most of the world.

Almost all East Asian are lactose intolerant, many don’t know this but in Asia normie milk is soya and other plant based milk , the avg Asian supermarket hardly has any dairy milk because of this it’s considered a niche.

East Asians are some of the first agriculturalists and invented many tools so why they never drank milk I mean Turks drank milk hell even west and east Africans are some of the most lactose tolerant on earth alongside MENAS. What went wrong? In EA @Cheesyrumble @8PSLcel

Being able to drink it doesn’t mean your not intolerant. I have intolerance myself and yet I consume milk and dairy daily with 0 side effects the only time I get side effects is if I endulge in high calorie milkshakes and have a dominos pizza. Yes only Dominos pizza specifically gives me the shits no other pizza

Asians never practised pastoralism at the same level as Europeans most Europeans descend from steppe nomads (yamnaya) that being said mongols probably have a lower likelihood of being lactose intolerant, turks also descend from steppe nomads the original turks, oghuz turks even practised the same religion as the mongols before being converted to islam and taking the holy land and turkey from the greeks (sejuks).

Mena people have high rates of lactose tolerants because during the bronze age collapse the only people who survived in mesopotamia during famines and drought were nomadic pastoralists...

What went wrong? They went down the tech tree wrong.

You're supposed to go down the herder tree first and then agriculture. Herding instantly gets locked when you start agriculture first.
