Why are East Asians the only race that can make music as good as westerners?

@Water Bomb whats up with this? Other cultures seem to have ethnic music that sounds all the same if you get what I mean and well jsut not good, like they either have one note generic sounding shit like Indian music or Afrobeats but East Asians are able to make music that sounds well western and non ethnic. Like minus the language this doesn’t sound “ethnic” to me

I can’t deny it that’s very true explains why their nations look like rich euro countries and why their music like K pop is just black American music from the 90s
