Why are ethnics predisposed to being violent and rude

We are not equal. I don't care what people say.

The more darker someone is strongly correlated to how rude, bad mannered , low emotional inteligence and violent they are.

This is widely accepted across all cultures.

Is their a scientific reason for this ?
