Why are extreme views almost always held by nerdy people?

I notice most people who follow extreme views like national socialism, communism, lgbtq supporters, traditionalism, feminism, white supremacism, wokism, or whatever extreme view on either side of the spectrum, they are always nerdy people jfl.

Of course this is only in the West. In other countries extremists are usually bloodthirsty killers w raging high t jfl, not nerds.

because they are overthinkers and talk themselves into thinking they have discovered the truth which makes them feel better than other people

Because normal people are just going through life, they don't have a reason to think about anything.
