Why would u shave ur head in a specific place and not let it grow as its supposed to

if u cut it atleast do it somewhat even (more on top is ofc ok, just dont be bald on sides)

good health indicators with hair are thick, consistent and natural looking hair

fades can make hair look like its thinner than it actually is, although many women still like it
