Height is still seen as more important than frame and since everyone wears clothes they don't think about/notice frame that much. Idk why nobody gaf about small skull. And then short hair I don't think is unnatural. Most remaining hunter gatherers cut their hair but it's overall longer. I think it's just society and being detached from nature, same reason people give a shit about fashion
