So many "popular" and even unpopular foids are obsessed with their social standings in highschool as if its still going to matter in a few years. the popular girl friendgroup in my year dont even like each other and constantly talk shit about one another, its really bizzare to me

even my ex, who isnt the most popular, used to get sad because i had alot more friends than her

just doesnt make sense to me when all of this highschool social power disappears the second everyone leaves to uni
