Why are ginger men seen as unattracrive, while ginger women aren't? Atleast not to the same extent. Is there any biological reasons for this?

Because women are judging the men, and that's the only direction the majority of sexual judging is happening. It's the same as with most wild animal species.
Men will try to prove themselves and take anything they earned.

I think ginger skin removes 1 point just like that, because skin is extremely underrated and the hair makes everything lose contrast, especially with the eyebrows.
