Looksmaxxing: Consists in basic skincare + Gua Sha massages.
Also, I was talking with my oneitis ab non-NT stuff and I found out that she has been mewing for months.

YES.... they dont debloat you,obviously cant make features more symetrical and they give you facial lines/make the current ones worse by stretching the skin,icing face in the morning is good tho

Most of them have excellent personal hygiene + makeup + skincare + fragrances; however, the fact that they know about mewing and bonesmashing seems curious to me because I would think that it's something more "underground" so to speak.
Another important thing is that looksmaxxing is basically aimed at men; why would a woman want to increase her DHT levels? JFL.
