Being funny or not is not binary in my opinion.

Every guy has said something funny in his life, it’s just that the frequency varies.

I’m sure most foids would say some funny things in day to day life or in conversations but they’re not comfortable around most people. It’s the same thing for shy socially awkward guys who don’t talk much in public and are therefor never perceived as funny, just in a non-antisocial way
