You should open a chain of upscale Pork Eateries.
In the US there is a similar phenomenon with Mexican restaurants that is supply side driven. There are thousands of Mexicans in the US that have no skills other than being able to cook Mexican food and serve Beer, and they are willing to work for very low wages, so Entrepreneurs exploit this cheap labor pool by opening Mexican Restaurants. Something similar probably occurring in England.
