Why are human races attracted to people outside of their race?

Human race differences are just a result of humans adapting to their environment. Whites are white because there’s less sunlight in the far north so they need pale skin to absorb it better for vitamin D production. Blacks are black to protect against intense sunlight in the dirt hut desert. There’s nothing that makes them not want to be attracted to other races.

if the instinctual standards that measuring genetic fitness of potential partner through looks has evolved before human has separated it can happen.
like we all crave forward growth and big nasal cavity, but asians can just adapt in stupid ice age and lose them all.
