Why are Indian Dalits held to an unnatural standard?

Ive noticed this all over the internet, the Indian dalit is always viewed as not only the primary stereotype of Indian but considered the only indian when one thinks of india while the same status European or Middle Easterner is never compared or looked at? Why is Abdul the donkey fucker or steve the homeless dalit from skidrow never talked about?
