Its a pan-inhibitor, that shit is raping your FGFR1&2 even more than it is inhibiting FGFR3 (check the IC50s)
Unacceptable levels of systemic toxicity, it is going to destroy your cornea and kidneys before it so much as influences your bones. Not to mention the hyperphosphatemia
People keep looking for “esoteric” and “niche” drugs so they can flex their inhib being on cancer meds for muh bones but its just poor decision making
In the pediatric cases people cite about its growth benefits it literally gave them scoliosis and skeletal deformities too
If you’re desperate to play god with your fibroblasts at least try to obtain one of the newer FGFR1&2 sparing FGFR3 inhibitors like TYRA or Vepugratinib
Probably impossible to source but still a better use of your time
