It was a test from God, they suffered as a people and thats why God granted all this wealth to them after the 18th century for a reward based on their agony.

They were not chosen is just that they were from the direct lineage of Adam, the best one based on free will, forgot what the lineage was but it proved to be the most noble in Gods eyes thats why the scriptures continued through the jews

Well they did, but you don't get it, wealth and wellbeing works in different way other then outside characteristics. God gave Africans resilience and family love, Europeans on the surface today look the most powerful but they are a paper tiger, broken families, degeneracy etc. It's time for Africans to inherit the world in the next centuries
 
As others have said they are a very intelligent race that always supports and aids one another in times of crisis. The reason as to why they were able to gain so much power in the Europe and US, is their ability to easily blend in to the native population and "act" as one of them due to their close resemblance to White people, while continuously working undercover with other Jews to support Jewish interests.

European Kings were trigger happy and notorious for waging wars and in war time you need loans, so they turned to Jews for financial aid and because of usury they got extremely wealthy.

In times of media scrutiny they can endlessly call themselves White when they commit a bad act, and when they do something positive they turn the table and call themselves Jews. Most of them throughout centuries had no loyalty to any National State since they were an ethnic group without a homeland, hence their constant work to establish the state of Israel through the misery of others and war.
