On videos of Western and Asian countries with plummeting birthrates there are 5k+ upvoted comments of women celebrating population collapse and young people not having kids. Like I understand not having the means to have kids yourself or even delaying them in the current economy but why do they genuinely celebrate with glee their own country going into the shitter its the most bizarre phenomenon I've seen in my life, a free person whos well off compared to basically any other country in the world wanting their nation to crumble.
