You'd be surprised, first of all, many of the people within the sphere are larping, most people who are using Tren, especially at 1g, will quite literally not be able to sleep at all, and have their CNS be absolutely fried. Not so sure about Erda on the other hand, there's a lot of sources, and quite a few people that I know take pharmaceutical Erda, albeit from indiamart. The toxicity profile is also not that bad if you've done a bit of research, and "mitigatable", at least to a certain extent. It's also worth it, given some toxicity in exchange for height, there's people out there willing to spend an exorbant amount of money for LL, leaving them unable to run and with terrible rehab.

TLDR: Tren, LARP, Erda, Possibly Not.
