If you go to the gym its because you are insecure of your body (so you have bad body genes)
After some months in the gym you realise you look retard and then give up on gym
Gym is completely useless unless your fat as fuck

It’s because of the incredibly retarded obsession over squat, deadlift and bench numbers whilst in reality focusing on them is a looksmin. They should be accessory movements lmao, the real bread and butter of an attractive physique are pullups and the overhead press

Why are people such retards?
  1. Shit routing with way too much emphasis on chest and arms
  2. Holding fat from bulking and/or heavily holding water from test and wet steroids
  3. Bad genetic shape. Shoulder to hip ratio is the biggest killer here
  4. Ruined proportions due to combo of bad genetics and the above over emphasis. Delts (one of the most important muscle groups for looking good) look woeful compared to arms which are often overdeveloped
  5. People are genuinely delusional I see guys competing in pro shows with god awful shape complaining about being robbed when u could tell within 30 seconds of looking at them they don't have the genetic shape to be a top professional bodyuilder
  6. Overall inconstancy with diet etc just makes the excessive water retention and distended stomach worse.
  7. U post massive legs in my experience its the opposite. They have terrible legs and u have guys who just go do vanity workours and do excessive amount of sets on shoulders and chest
  8. Clueless about how to build a nice looking body. Way overemothasize the frnt delts for example but neglect the rear delts and side delts which are most important for shoulder width

it provides actual health benefits, such as maintaining bone density and muscle mass later in life leading to better quality of life when your old. unless your don't care about prolonging the quality of life then go ahead don't go to the gym and be lazy

Bone wise mine are tiny in width and short, they literally can't carry as muscle muscle as someone with bigger joints, but yet my chest is massive

Well yeah you should isolate all muscle groups but I’m saying the reason most don’t have big capped shoulder is because they solely focus on front delts that are already worked by other movements as it is and neglect the other heads of the shoulder. Ideally all muscle heads are isolated

Yeah when i was blasting tren I did standing overhead press as main movement but then a huge amount of lateral raises and face pulls. 3 days a week I would do LR and face pulls and now years later even after being on 170mg for the last year straight my shoulders are still very large. People should also be working rear delts allot to stop tht horrible gymcel posture with the rolled forward shoulders from dominant front delts. Rear delts are so underrated.

Lol ive never understood where the big chest thing came from. How do ppl think it looks good having a giant chest. The muscles down the back of the body are way more important and women like a gd ass allot (glutes largest muscle in the body so maybe theirs some biological reasoning). Also keeps the posture good as opposed to the guy who has some huge titties, rolled forward arms and shoulders and walks like hes constipated. Strong legs, strong back, wide shoulders and proportionate arms and chest is where its at.

Arms are overrated. If you already worked ur delts enough to get to a 100kg standing ohp for reps and worked ur back enough to dbell row 75kg for reps ur arms will have grown big and proportionate as it is (thts my experience anyway). No need for a bunch of arm days unless ur a powerlifter and u feel like its holding u bk pushing higher. Most people work arms more thn enough.

Only exception I see is very tall people (taking 6ft3 plus) with long arm span. They can have harder time filling out the arms and long limbs so might need to focus on them a bit more.

Unironically this. Ofc depends on your location, but here people are still influenced by powerlifters heavily and paying the "golden trio" of flat bench press, squats and deadlifts. "Isolation exercises are for professional bodybuilders, we are far from that". "Squats raise testosterone, that's the main thing". Overall, too much emphasis on compound exercises which predominantly affect legs. People really think they will get a decent spine by doing deadlifts.
Then surprised Picachu face when they get into T-rex mode body.
Also, bulking as an excuse to not track food and eat like a pig.
