99.9% of surgeons wouldn't do lefort 3 though no? (well I know of one but it be in the range of 100k+ Pretty inaccessible). Though ig giga implants is always a option. Im looking into protaction w a palatal expander to see if it will do anything for now.

im joking lol. but afaik most surgeons in north america won't give the avg guy a cosmetic lf3 lol. Theres a reason why there is no before and after of lf3 online while lf1 is everywhere on r/jawsurgery etc.

I was pointing to the fact you're mocking turkish/foreign surgeons as if US surgeons are inherently better when they're literally the most dogshit relatively to the money poured into them

I don't necessarily have anything against foreign surgeons, just that from a risk perspective doing surgeries overseas is a lot more riskier then doing it in your home country (north America). If you would do bimax in turkey you would be going to a completely foreign country with no means of support if the surgery gets botched. I've heard alot of risky shit about surgeons in turkey, botches etc. I know botches happen anywhere, regardless of location; but atleast in the U.s you may have some path towards compensation. That said I wouldn't mind surgery with raffaini or pagnoni.

Nah, if you get botched in the US, you can't do shit, many many documented botches from Taban and Eppley, there's 5 botches per day on r/jawsurgery, in the UK NHS surgeons are 90% botches, yet nothing

You just have to not be retarded and do your full research, with the right surgeons the risks are way too low for it to be a limiting factor

based ngl, yeah Its going to take a long time before I find a surgeon that will be good for my case. Currently in ortho/expander to fix crossbite so got a while before I fully start ortho and have to choose a good surgeon either in my home country or overseas (italy etc).
