why are my eyes so much worst some days

for context I have nct and some days my eyes are more alert and neutral while others I have suppper prey eyes and upper eyelid exposure it not squinting or lighting and I mouth tape at night for mouthbreathing and noticed my eyes do look a little better maybe when I do
