Why are my friends so angry when I talk about girls?

Whenever I tell my friends about some girl I'm talking about it seems they get angry and start insulting me and my looks, sometimes as a "joke" but i can tell they mean it. Other than that they are decent friends.
All my friends get no hoes so are they jealous or something? I don't even mog them facially I'm just way taller and girls sometimes flirt with me, 2 even asked me out themselves.
