why are my hollow cheeks uneven?

On one side i have a hollow cheek and on the other i dont
i think its my palate
how do i fix it

send a picture, i mostly fixed mine with chewing on the other side but when I lean down / debloat i still have the uneven hollow cheeks, i think i need a palate expander because my cheekbones are unevenly expanded, i need one anyways since i have a very narrow smile

it maybe be due to uneven bloat too try to do the lymphatic drainage thing. However my asymmetry is due to my uneven jaw and under development in my cheekbones on one side

I have the same problem i think it is cause my deviated septum or my braces lmk if u have either of those
