why are my limbs so small

im 5'9 and my limbs are small comparitevely to my height. My wingspan is 5'6.5-5'7 and my hands are small and my feet are size 7-7.5uk. My bidelt width is 19 inches which isn't bad but combining this with small limbs make me look so fucking blocky.

prob some pheno shit cuz for ex west african have longer limps and shorter torso while european have the opposite and prob also genetics

the only evidence for that comes from Ancestry that classified 'British' DNA as anglo-saxon. Obv this is flawed and you can see by the varying phenotypes of people from the north vs east. I have a blonde hair blue eyed friend from norfolk who can trace his surname to an early anglo settlement whereas I have another friend from the midlands who has a mercian surname and has darker feutures
