I'm 15 y/o but tanner 5 (end of puberty) by my assessment btw. Is this caused due to jutting? How do I fix it?

My face used to have a nice V shape with good cheekbones and long face. Now my face looks blocky, bloated and short, could it be that my masseters have grown due to jutting?

I'm pretty sure this is not due to bloating as I'm eating normally, sleeping and haven't gained weight.

There are 2 possible scenarios, with the latter being more probable. The 1st scenario is that you've been jutting and chewing excessively, to the extent that your masseters and temporalis have hypertrophied. Your masseters hypertrophying would lead to a larger bi-gonial width and the illusion of having a longer ramus due to the thickening of your masseters. Now, given that the temporalis and masseters are both synergists, I believe that the 2 of them hypertrophying would lead to a larger bizygomatic width as well, which would improve your FWHR, making your face appear less long. but the likelihood of this scenario isn't high imo, that would require years of consistent chewing, so much so that you'd be on the verge of developing TMJ. or maybe your facial muscles/bones are highly responsive during puberty, who knows

The 2nd scenario which is more likely is that you've lost some muscle mass and gained some bodyfat, keeping you at the same weight but with a different body composition.

Thanks for high iq reply. Is this reversible? Will reducing bf further help?

Reducing your bodyfat will help incase you have moderate to high bodyfat. If you clench your jaw a lot, try not to, and a Mouth guard would be useful if you clench while you're asleep

I'm on the lower side of bf%. Is there anything else I can do? Is the change caused due to higher e or lower t?
