I never trained my shoulders and they are fucking huge

i only trained biceps, triceps, forearms i am gonna start training shoulders soon just for strength

It's just because of genetics, not training style. I personally never got any growth in my muscles from isolation exercises, even when I got really strong at them, I only noticed size differences when I got stronger at the main compound movements and gained muscle through them.

No, but I went from 170 lbs (last year) to 184 lbs and now to 194 lbs and my muscles are a bit bigger. My waist went from 32 to 34.5 but it's not even fat for the most part, it's mainly because my hips and my shoulder width got bigger because my body developed from 2020 to 2021 due to aging, because I went from 22 to 23 years old, so my frame is bigger than it was before.

I am now, for the first time ever, being extremely consistent with my training, my diet and my sleep, by sleeping 8-9 hours per night and consuming 3300 calories and 190g of protein per day, and by training 3 times per week on my own full body program and I am seeing nice improvements, although progress is slower than if I was on steroids.

I will first train like this for at least 1 year, and then afterwards, I will have reached around 80% of my natural muscular potential, and that is when I will be able to decide if steroids are worth it, it really depends on how good my genetics are for building muscle, and I won't know that until I reach that point, so I need to remain patient and stick with it. In August 2022, I will show my before and after pictures.

What people on here don't know is that from 2016 to 2020, I was never consistent with my training so I have maybe at most 3 months of consistent training experience. The good thing now is that I can perform each compound movement with perfect form to avoid injuries, but if I had been consistent, I would be way past the advanced level today. So, because I wasn't consistent, I still have around 6-12 months of noob gains left, so during that time, I will gain 2 lbs of muscle per month. The 184 to 194 lb jump is not purely muscle mass but it's not fat either, it's lean body mass, just like when I went from 138 lbs to 160 lbs in my first few months of training. With my height of 6 foot 4, I have the potential to be 225-230 lbs at 15% body fat in around 2-3 years.

Also, I made a very interesting discovery, at 194 lbs, I am 4 lbs heavier than my 6 foot 5 friends was when he started but he looked much more muscular than I do now, which means that the reason why I look so small is because my frame is gigantic, it is much bigger than his, so for me to look as good as he does now, I would need to weigh around 250 lbs most likely. So although I am 1 inch shorter than him, I will need to weigh more than he does to look muscular. So my genetics may in fact be superior to his even though his starting point was better than mine. The interesting thing is that at 194 lbs, I look almost the same as when I weighed 170 lbs, except that my arm measurement has improved by 0.5 inches, which is not very noticeable.
