I have been in gym for 2 months 17yr VERY late bloomer (just started getting strands of facial hair and happy trail hair)
Perfect diet with 8h+ sleep per night, willing to pin.

younger generation tend to have thinner wrists compared to older ones

People that live on a farm or old people have thicker wrists because they use it alot for mannual work and etc a normal guy that live on a city will not need so much use of the wrists
