cuz height is a singular thing like there is different types of faces that girls like, different phenos, different musculature but they all agree on the same thing when it comes to height (be tall) so its easy to just accept it as important

Height may only be more attractive than face if you are average looking and are just extremely tall like 6'5+. And this would usually be accompanied by bodymaxxing. But this is kind of just as rare as being born goodlooking so it is ultimately just another form as aesthetic blessing. And a cope because its still all under the same class of "attractive" dimorphic traits that make a male attractive to a women.
