They lived in different time and did not have all the modern technology and stuff we have today, and since they are old they can't keep up with all that and also don't need to, my grandparents still cant remember how to answer the phone even though i explained it multiple times its simply their age and they don't really need to know it probably beacuse they always just ask me to do it for them
