Why are people attracted to different types

I don’t really know how to explain this that it makes sense. But why or how are people attracted to different types. For example i love Arab girls but i’ll really date almost any super skinny girly girl while my friend won’t even talk to a girl if she’s not blonde. Some people are just attracted to different types and why is that?

Theres interesting theorys about genetic compatibility. Biologically your genes would go better with one pheno then with another.

its from ur personal experiences, likely u had good experiecnes with a super skinny girl or ur friend had good experiences with blonde girls, and then when u filter out other types of girls and u only have good experiences with that type u got in ur head, it only reinforces it.
