Why are people from the Netherlands so tall

I come from Belgium and i genuinely thought i was MTN in this world, but thats because i never travelled to another country other than my home country. Then today some exchange students from the Netherlands (specifically Zwolle) came to do some type of project. I myself think that i am short (5'10) but after seeing them i didnt know the difference was that bad. When i saw them i genuinely wanted to rope. They were all kinda copy & paste but thats besides the point. The smallest person there was atleast 6'2 and had such wide clavicles. Even the girls height mog me. This is genuinely so brutal and i can't do anything about this. How can i cope with this shit bro

My dad is from the netherlands and hes 6'6 so i got my height genes from him fs. But i unironcailly think its due to great nutrition and i am not even larping.
