Wageslaving wasnt so bad for me cause it was at the mall in a college town so majority of people there were in their 20s and even the customers so I got to meet alot of people and improve my socialising skills just from working. And it beats rotting all day because I just end up doing drugs staying at home for long periods.

Generally speaking Id say most people who are self employed have to work harder and probably have more stress than someone in a regualr 9-5 job atleast if theyre starting out. Self employed is a kind of high risk high reward option I suppose. At the end of the day I do have to work a set time everyday but I also know i have a guranteed payslip every month that covers my rent, bills, food, enough to buy some nice clothes, couple of nice holidays a year, measl out etc and little left over for savings- I know I have my 25 days (+8) guranteed off every year.

Obviously if you started a business or investments and its at the point where your money is basically making money thats ideal bu that is not the reality for most self employed people at all. Were all slaves to the capitalist system in some respect
