nihilism, atheism, etc. all evolutionary novel developments in human society. i expect these people will die off by ceasing to reproduce while religious people or pseudo-religious, ie christian atheists survive long enough to eventually adapt to secularism by either devising quantum immortality or some higher form of cope. although i think the iq required for the latter might not be attainable for at least another 2 or 3 evolutionary cycles.
