Why are people so judgemental sometimes?

Especially in cases in which there is no necessity, like when they see you during your free month of work relaxing somewhere and they ask "Why the heck that nigger doesn't work? When i was his age i lifted heavy rocks everyday".

I honestly think a lot of the inceldom problems come from people being extremely judgemental to bring others down, so that they can deviate attention from their own mistakes and problems. But the worse case i find is when they do it just to have some kind of conversation, something to talk about and to fill empty time. It is very common on women, but men who do this sometimes don't even deserve to be called men.
