Why are really tall people generally overweight or really skinny?

Seriously, every really tall person I know IRL (6'5+) is usually overweight. Why is there a correlation between height and fat people? I know this is mostly anecdotal but in my opinion, really tall people are either extremely skinny framelets or overweight ogres.

Partly because the rigors of everyday life/work (moving boxes, carrying groceries, etc..) is a work out for short people and thus they stay in better shape. I also suspect most 6'4+ people are hormone deficient, humans evolved over hundreds of thousands of years to have a hormone output that matches their size, but in the past 100 years modern nutrition has allowed humans to grow well beyond prior norms.

For me, it's because I grew like 5 inches in 3 months. My weight couldn't keep up which is why I'm currently 6'1 at 137lbs jfl
