Because most people look for "good on table results " basically right after the surgery is finished when I reality that's not how it will even look in the future that's why a lot of them look botched

Mirin the bimax, but they done fucked up the guy’s nasion as it could use more angularity and depth so the glabella would pop out more, which would somewhat give a less alien looking nose.
Not sure if supras alone would make up for it .
